To initiate a return, simply click on the Start a Return link located at the bottom of every page. Sign into your account, select the product you wish to return, and once the return is authorized, you will receive a return label via email.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of the return from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, opened items cannot be returned. However, if there is an electronic defect, we can process a refund once the return has been inspected and received.

We will provide you with a free return label, but you are responsible for packaging and returning the item.
